3. Create a breathable work atmosphere

Employees are assets to your company, and you cannot imagine growing without their support and help. So, treat them less like employees and more like family. This includes always having their backs and standing up for them when needed. It creates a healthy relationship between employees and a company which leads to trust building. Keep the best interest of your employees in your mind; it will automatically increase their productivity.

4. Appreciate and reward

Rewards and appreciation are some of the biggest motivators. They give your employees a reason to do their best. It also makes them feel that their work is recognized and valued. An appreciated employee is more likely to give his/her best at the workplace. There are plenty of ways to reward employees, depending on their individual needs and preferences. However, there are some common ways to incentivize your employees:

Paid time off – You can offer additional paid time off to employees, without using their vacation and sick leaves.

Meal – Take them to lunch, dinner or parties.

 Handwritten notes – A personal thank you note can do wonders.
